A Guide To Your Stress
What does your stress look like?
Research shows that, when we are under stress, based on our personality characteristics, we tend to have certain patterns of behaviour. Of most of them, we are not even aware.
Based on the level of distress, these behaviours can be harmless (for a low degree of stress) or, can become conflictual (for higher degrees of stress).
In this guide, we’ll look at our “normal” behaviours and communication preferences and also, shed some light over the reactions we might have under stress, depending on our PCM Personality Types.

PCM Masterclass: The 6 Languages of Connection
Have you ever wondered why, at times, you talk to people and it seems like your message didn’t really reach them? Or why, with some people, you simply click?
Process Communication Model (PCM), a tool for communication and stress management used by NASA for over 40 years, could help you better connect with others and understand how to “speak their language”.
In this Masterclass, I offer a short introduction to one of the most relevant concepts of PCM related to communication: our Perceptions, the filters we use to perceive and process the world, which shape the way we communicate and prefer to be communicated with.
A Guide for Healthy Relationships and Boundaries
Relationships form the cornerstone of our human experience, yet many of us never receive formal guidance on how to build and maintain healthy connections. This framework for healthy relationships, which I explored for the first time as part of my Certification for the Emotional Assertiveness Training, explores the essential elements of healthy relationships through the lens of boundaries, responsibility, and conscious agreements. And, I must say, it was a big Aha! moment for me.
Therefore, I hope you will find it as useful as I did! 😊

Podcast Episode (in Romanian) “How to communicate to be understood”
This is not just a podcast episode, but a masterclass on communication, on how to speak the language of our interlocutors, and on how to use our strengths more often.
In this podcast, you will discover why we communicate differently, you will be able to discover your preferred “language” and analyse whether you need to adapt your language to better connect with those close to you—at work or at home.
