Have you ever wondered why, at times, you talk to people and it seems like your message didn’t really reach them? In this Masterclass, I offer a short introduction to one of the most relevant concepts in communication: our Perceptions, the filters we use to perceive and process the world, and which shape the way we communicate and prefer to be communicated with.

About me
I am a Certified Trainer in the Process Communication Model® (PCM), Emotional Assertiveness® (EA) and a NeuroMindfulness © Master Practitioner.
Previous to this, I have gained over twelve years of experience in multinational organisations in Brazil, Romania, the UK and Germany.
In 2017, after experiencing burnout and long periods of chronic stress, I have decided to re-start my career and turn to subjects that have always interested me and are closer to my heart: training, psychology and neuroscience.
This is why I have started my journey and mission as a trainer, to empower people to enhance their lives through increased self-awareness, better communication and improved stress management.

I had the pleasure to meet Magda as my trainer for Emotional Assertiveness.
Magda really knows how to present the complex topic around emotions in a way that makes you curious and eager to understand emotions better – your own and those of others around you. In addition, she creates a safe space in which us trainees were able to open up about our own experiences and feelings. This made the learning experience even more valuable. We spend 3 great days together, having a lot of fun even if emotions aren’t always fun.
