I am Magda – trainer, entrepreneur, life-long learner and coffee lover.

Thank you for visiting my website! It was born out of my love for Process Communication Model ® (PCM) and Applied Neuroscience, psychology, self-awareness, stress management, personal development, and life in general.

Let me introduce myself:

🎯 My personal WHY:
I help people lead better lives, through increased self-awareness, better communication and improved stress management.

🎯 WHAT I do:
✔ Process Communication Model® Workshops and 1:1 Profile Debriefs/Coaching
✔ Applied Neuroscience Workshops and Webinars – focused on well-being, stress management, resilience, building trust, etc.

🎯 What I’ve done in the past: summary of my business experience:
✔ I have gained over 12 years of experience in multinational organisations in Germany, Brazil, Romania and the United Kingdom, working in areas such as strategy consulting, commercial strategy and planning, customer experience, employee engagement and people management.
✔ In 2017, I decided to change career and turn to subjects that have always interested me and brought me joy: training, psychology and neuroscience. This is why I have become a certified trainer in Process Communication Model® and Applied Neuroscience and started my journey of helping people lead better lives.
