I am Magda – trainer, entrepreneur, life-long learner and coffee lover, and this is my website.
It was born out of my love for Process Communication Model ® (PCM) and all things neuroscience, psychology, personal development, personal awareness, and life in general.
I want to share with you my journey and my learning, and for this purpose I aim to share regular (and hopefully interesting) articles on my blog.
But why PCM?
After applying it for several years and seeing it applied in various organisations, I am now convinced that PCM IS ONE OF THE BEST TOOLS FOR SUCCESSFUL TEAM MANAGEMENT.
PCM is the right team management and communication tool for you and your company if:
