If you are struggling to…

… then, this course is for you!

Most communication problems are not caused by bad intentions. They happen because people:

  • Perceive the world differently

  • Communicate differently

  • React differently under stress

When stress increases, these differences become even more visible.

  • Some people become critical, righteous and attacking

  • Some withdraw or start making mistakes

  • Some become sarcastic, impulsive, they start blaming or manipulating

Without understanding these patterns, communication becomes difficult and conflicts escalate.

A model for communication and stress management
PCM explains two essential aspects of human behaviour

Communication

Each Personality Type has preferred ways of:

  • Processing information
  • Interacting with others
  • Receiving recognition

When communication matches these preferences, relationships become easier.

Stress

Each personality type also has predictable stress patterns. PCM helps you recognise:

  • Early distress signals
  • Behavioural changes under pressure
  • How stress escalates
  • How to bring communication back to a productive level

This makes PCM particularly valuable for:

  • Leaders and their teams
  • Agile coaches, project or product managers
  • Coaches, trainers, teachers, educators
  • Parents
  • HR professionals
  • Anyone working with people.

What will you learn?

During this training, you will learn to:

After the PCM Training, participants notice several changes. They begin to:

  • Discover your unique PCM Personality Structure

  • Understand the six Personality Types

  • Learn how different Personalities prefer to communicate

  • Identify psychological needs that influence motivation

  • Recognise early stress signals

  • Understand the Distress Sequence

  • Learn how to adapt communication under pressure

  • Develop practical strategies for managing stress in interactions

  • Recognise personality patterns quickly

  • Understand why people react differently

  • Identify stress signals earlier

  • Adapt their communication more effectively

  • Navigate difficult conversations with more confidence

  • And… you know what?

Many participants describe PCM as a new lens for understanding human behaviour.

Who this training is NOT for

This training is designed for people who are willing to reflect, learn, and apply their learning in their daily interactions.

It may NOT be the right fit if you are looking for:

You are looking for quick personality labels without a deeper understanding: PCM is a psychological model that goes beyond simple “types” and explores how people communicate and behave under stress.

You prefer purely theoretical learning: This programme is practical and interactive, focused on applying concepts to real-life communication and stress situations.

You are not interested in reflecting on your own behaviour: Understanding communication and stress patterns starts with self-awareness. Unless we become self-aware about our own behaviours and patterns, learning and change cannot happen.

You expect a passive webinar experience: This training involves participation, exercises, and discussion. The trainer invites participants to share experiences, learning and insights to benefit everyone’s development.

You believe communication problems are always caused by others: PCM works with the idea that communication and stress responses are shared processes. In every conversation, just as in every relationship, there are two parties involved.

You are not open to exploring how you react under stress: A key part of this training is recognising your own stress patterns and learning how to manage them.

If you are curious about human behaviour and open to understanding both communication and stress at a deeper level, this training will likely be highly valuable for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the meaning of Process Comunication Model?2025-05-07T20:10:38+02:00

The Process Communication Model (PCM) is a psychology-based framework developed by Dr. Taibi Kahler that helps people understand themselves and others through the lens of personality and communication styles. It identifies six basic Personality Types we all have IN us, and four communication channels, enabling individuals to predict their own and others’ behaviors, improve relationships, and foster better team dynamics.

How can PCM help my business and my team?2025-05-07T22:02:05+02:00

PCM is a deep-dive into the psychology of our personality – our perceptions and filters, our needs, our stressors and motivators. By taking part in the PCM Training, teams learn to better co-operate, understand their differences and potential synergies, prevent stress and conflicts. PCM is the key to decoding human interactions for win-win outcomes.

How can PCM help me as an employee/leader/entrepreneur?2025-05-07T22:00:31+02:00

The Process Communication Model (PCM) is a powerful tool that can support professional growth in multiple ways:

  • Understand Yourself Better: PCM helps you gain deeper insight into your personality structure, thought patterns, behaviours, decision-making processes, and communication preferences—both how you express yourself and how you prefer to receive messages from others.
  • Manage Stress Effectively: It provides a clear framework for recognizing how different personality types react under stress across three distinct phases—and what happens if the stress isn’t addressed in time.
  • Lead and Manage with Insight: If you’re a manager, leader, or executive, PCM enables you to understand and lead people more effectively by increasing your awareness of why individuals behave the way they do.
  • Improve Relationships: In work relationships, having our teams’ PCM profiles can reveal communication mismatches and help you understand why conflicts arise—making it easier to reconnect and communicate with empathy.
  • Support Clients More Effectively: PCM becomes a valuable resource to help clients move past communication blocks, overcome impasses, and navigate challenges more effectively—since many core issues stem from miscommunication.
Where can you apply the PCM model?2025-05-07T22:00:50+02:00

PCM is a framework that can support people in their professional lives in being more conscious about themselves (self-awareness being the first step in every growth activity that we do). And when we are more aware of how we are constructed and what it means for us, we can learn more about how we can adapt our communication and behaviours to support our colleagues (in regular situations and under pressure). This knowledge will lead us to be better with others: our teams, our colleagues, our employees, our clients and all other stakeholders.

Is there any pre-course work?2025-05-07T22:05:50+02:00

efore the start of the training, you will need to fill in a PCM personality questionnaire (this is known also as the PCM personality test / process communication model test / pcm test online… but in fact, it’s not a test, there’s no right or wrong answer there 🙂 it’s just a questionnaire). The result of this questionnaire is your PCM Personality Profile, which I share with participants during our first day of training. We work based on it throughout the whole training, and it offers a wealth of information about our personality.

What happens if I cannot attend one of the sessions?2026-03-26T14:55:51+01:00

All sessions are recorded and made available to participants for a limited period of time. If you miss a session, you can watch the recording before the next meeting.
