Process Communication Model
The dates for the Autumn 2023
Open PCM Workshops are now set!
Process Communication Model Workshops
Organised virtually live (on Zoom), starting in October 2023
(one in English and one in Romanian)
We all have a “favourite language” we speak and understand better. When others speak “our language”, we filter out a lot less information. Use this chance to learn more about the 6 languages of connection.
Would it be helpful to know a clear “recipe” for managing stress? To
recognise the first signs of distress and know what to do about it?
Process Communication Model has a number of useful answers.
With PCM you learn what your main psychological needs are. When you meet them, you charge your batteries and you get back to productive behaviours… And you can help others too.
Use the power of applied psychology to improve your life:
A course for those who want to learn how to tackle stress, improve their relationships and shed light into their unproductive behaviours
This is what Process Communication Model can do for you
(and for those you work or live with)
You will learn how each of us is wired for a different “language”, and you will be able to recognise and speak that “language”
You will recognise when you or other enter distress and will know what to do about it
When you know how people like to be communicated with and what motivates them, it’s easier to build better relationships
You will build an understanding of the neuroscience of stress, so it will be easier to be more compassionate towards yourself or others when in distress.
You will know what psychological needs you have to meet in you or in others, in order to return to productive behaviours
You won’t waste time anymore with the “games” people play when under stress. You’ll be able to prevent their occurance

You will recognise how people perceive and interpret the world and thus, you’ll be able to adapt your communication for efficient exchanges. You’ll “speak their language”.
PCM teaches us that if we meet our psychological needs, we charge our batteries and return to productive behaviours. You can do this for yourself and for others.
PCM offers a clear path to managing stress; you’ll need to observe and recognise behaviours and then you’ll know what to do to reduce stress levels – in yourself and others.
You’ll have a better understanding of your and other people’s triggers for distress and unproductive behaviours
You’ll learn how to recognise the most active and important personality types in others (especially their Base and Phase Personality Types)
You will learn what are the signs of distress: from triggers until deep distress. We all have different ways of reacting under stress, but there are some clear patterns you will now be aware of.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to know psychology to take part in the course?
No, absolutely not. I take care to introduce all the topics in an easy to understand, engaging manner. We’ll have a lot of case studies where we’ll be able to practice all the topics. All questions are welcome!
Is there any pre-course work?
Before the start of the training, you will need to fill in a personality questionnaire, so that I can share with you your PCM Personality Profile in our first day. We will work based on it the whole time, and it offers a wealth of information about you.
Will I need to share my personality profile with the other participants?
No, but you can choose to do so. In my experience, the more we share about ourselves in a session (I share a lot about myself too), the more we learn and the better we understand our profiles and what makes us tick. However, I will only share your profile with you and it is up to you if you want to share it or not.
What about post-course support?
Following the course you can book two discounted 1h PCM-based coaching discussions with me to further embed your learning, shed light on any particular troublesome relationships and/or work on your personalised action plan. Also, I strongly recommend you to join my newsletter and read my blog, as I regularly write about PCM (and neuroscience) applied to our daily lives.
For organisations for which I have delivered PCM in-house, I offer a one day of PCM Recap and Practice – it can be organised as soon as 3 months after the course.
Where is the training held?
The Open PCM Workshops are held virtually using the Zoom platform. Join in online from the comfort of your own home!
Is this course just for business people?
Process Communication Model is a very useful course both in the business environment, as well as in our personal life (it’s quite amazing for couples and parents-children relationships too). You will find elements that can serve both your professional life and your personal life in this course.
What is the cancellation policy?
Places cancelled are not entitled to a refund, however may be transferred to another person or a place on the next available workshop can be reserved.
