PCM in House Delivery – Training for Businesses2025-05-13T10:03:10+02:00

PCM Training for your teams

You and your team are one of a kind, complex, and evolving. For that reason, communication is never one-size-fits-all. The power of PCM is that it fits into whatever shape and setting you need. In PCM Core Topics, you learn the logic around which all human behaviours pivot and how to apply the communication model immediately. This training teaches each of your team member what they need to be and stay at their best and equips them with skills to connect to the best in everyone.

PCM for teams improves employee engagement, enhances communication skills and fosters team cohesiveness. All this translates in improved performance and teamwork.

It is taught through didactic input, experiential exercises, group discussion and coaching on the application of the skills. Questions are welcome at any time.

About the instructor

I am a Certified Trainer in the Process Communication Model® (PCM), Emotional Assertiveness® (EA) and a NeuroMindfulness © Master Practitioner.

Previous to this, I have gained over twelve years of experience in multinational organisations in Brazil, Romania, the UK and Germany.

In 2017, after experiencing burnout and long periods of chronic stress, I have decided to re-start my career and turn to subjects that have always interested ma and are closer to my heart: training, psychology and neuroscience.

Since then, I have delivered my PCM training to close to 30 organisations and over 1000 participants on 4 continents.

Clients

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Magda and can confidently say she is one of the most impactful trainers I’ve ever met.

Her ability to quickly understand both the person and the context they’re in is nothing short of remarkable. Magda combines deep insight with practical tools, helping you see things from a new perspective and move forward with clarity and confidence.

What truly sets her apart, though, is her personality. She brings humour, warmth, and a sharp wit into every conversation, making even the toughest topics feel approachable. Sessions with her are both powerful and refreshingly human. You’ll laugh, reflect, and leave each time with something valuable.

If you’re looking for a trainer who can challenge you, support you, and keep you smiling through the process, Magda is the one.

Magda is so ‘giving’ by character. She goes above and beyond what you’d expect, providing so much more insight knowledge and value. She knows her stuff too, inside out and back to front, which I found so reassuring. It’s like she has considered every possible question in advance and found the answer.

PCM is one of the most detailed and complete personality tools I’ve seen. I particularly love how it explains my individual psychological needs; what happens when I don’t get my needs met and what occurs under stress, and then remarkably, what I can do about it. Similarly, it helps me have a much deeper understanding of others and how I can recognise their stresses and how I can help them.

I can’t think of a business, or role within any company where knowing this couldn’t help; productivity; profit; engagement; well-being; and teamwork. If your business doesn’t invest in this for you, get in touch with Magda direct, and book yourself onto one of her open courses. It’s a fantastic course delivered by an amazing lady.

I have thoroughly enjoyed taking this journey of exploring and gaining an in-depth understanding of the neuroscience of stress. Magda has found a brilliant way to bring science closer using language and real-life examples so it’s effortless to follow, understand and relate.

I loved the practical exercises, tools, and resources provided to help manage my emotions and stress going forward. I highly recommend this to every busy individual, business owner, leader, manager or anyone needing to learn in an easy and very practical way how to improve the quality of life by reducing stress and gaining mental strength.

The course is self-paced and provides you with ample opportunities to really gain knowledge and understanding at your own pace and in your own time.

Thank you, Magda, massive value!

I had the pleasure to meet Magda as my trainer for Emotional Assertiveness.

Magda really knows how to present the complex topic around emotions in a way that makes you curious and eager to understand emotions better – your own and those of others around you. In addition, she creates a safe space in which us trainees were able to open up about our own experiences and feelings. This made the learning experience even more valuable. We spend 3 great days together, having a lot of fun even if emotions aren’t always fun.

I definitely recommend her as a trainer to anyone who’s not afraid to reflect on their emotions and needs.

Energetic, inspiring and game changing – these are the words that come to mind when I think of Magda’s training sessions.

In her unique training space, she offers more than just exercises – she creates an atmosphere of openness where everyone is invited to explore and learn. It’s a space where emotions are not only allowed but welcomed, a safe harbour where you can dare to be vulnerable.

Under Magda’s passionate guidance, I have learnt to recognise and expand my own boundaries to my authentic-self.

With ❤️-felt recommendation, yours Elisabeth

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the meaning of Process Comunication Model?2025-05-07T20:10:38+02:00

The Process Communication Model (PCM) is a psychology-based framework developed by Dr. Taibi Kahler that helps people understand themselves and others through the lens of personality and communication styles. It identifies six basic Personality Types we all have IN us, and four communication channels, enabling individuals to predict their own and others’ behaviors, improve relationships, and foster better team dynamics.

How can PCM help me as an employee/leader/entrepreneur?2025-05-07T22:00:31+02:00

The Process Communication Model (PCM) is a powerful tool that can support professional growth in multiple ways:

  • Understand Yourself Better: PCM helps you gain deeper insight into your personality structure, thought patterns, behaviours, decision-making processes, and communication preferences—both how you express yourself and how you prefer to receive messages from others.
  • Manage Stress Effectively: It provides a clear framework for recognizing how different personality types react under stress across three distinct phases—and what happens if the stress isn’t addressed in time.
  • Lead and Manage with Insight: If you’re a manager, leader, or executive, PCM enables you to understand and lead people more effectively by increasing your awareness of why individuals behave the way they do.
  • Improve Relationships: In work relationships, having our teams’ PCM profiles can reveal communication mismatches and help you understand why conflicts arise—making it easier to reconnect and communicate with empathy.
  • Support Clients More Effectively: PCM becomes a valuable resource to help clients move past communication blocks, overcome impasses, and navigate challenges more effectively—since many core issues stem from miscommunication.
Where can you apply the PCM model?2025-05-07T22:00:50+02:00

PCM is a framework that can support people in their professional lives in being more conscious about themselves (self-awareness being the first step in every growth activity that we do). And when we are more aware of how we are constructed and what it means for us, we can learn more about how we can adapt our communication and behaviours to support our colleagues (in regular situations and under pressure). This knowledge will lead us to be better with others: our teams, our colleagues, our employees, our clients and all other stakeholders.

Will participants receive a certificate for their participation?2025-04-24T20:41:21+02:00

Yes, at the end of the course, each participant receives a Certificate of Participation.

Is there any pre-course work?2025-05-07T22:05:50+02:00

efore the start of the training, you will need to fill in a PCM personality questionnaire (this is known also as the PCM personality test / process communication model test / pcm test online… but in fact, it’s not a test, there’s no right or wrong answer there 🙂 it’s just a questionnaire). The result of this questionnaire is your PCM Personality Profile, which I share with participants during our first day of training. We work based on it throughout the whole training, and it offers a wealth of information about our personality.

Is the course ICF certified?2025-05-07T22:07:41+02:00

Yes, PCM Core Topics (this training) is accredited by CCE: ICF Continuing Coach Education. ICF coaches receive 13 hours of credentials for completing PCM Core Topics (5 in Core Competencies and 8 in Resource Development).

Discount for larger group?2025-05-07T21:57:41+02:00

How will we decide on training dates? Can we suggest our best options?2025-05-07T20:09:37+02:00

We will decide together on the training dates, taking into account your best options and my availability. Please take into account that, in general, my agenda is occupied around two to three months in advance.
