PCM is a framework that can support people in their professional lives in being more conscious about themselves (self-awareness being the first step in every growth activity that we do). And when we are more aware of how we are constructed and what it means for us, we can learn more about how we can adapt our communication and behaviours to support our colleagues (in regular situations and under pressure). This knowledge will lead us to be better with others: our teams, our colleagues, our employees, our clients and all other stakeholders.
