Hi, I’m Magda Tabac and I am a NeuroMindfulness Master Practitioner and Stress Transformation specialist.
In 2017, after experiencing burnout and long periods of chronic stress, I started my journey into discovering the neuroscience of stress.
I’ve discovered that it’s not about being born “stress-proof” but about understanding your brain’s patterns and using them to your advantage.
With simple, science-backed techniques, I’ve helped hundreds of people transform their relationship with stress. What my clients used to call “just how I am” is now their old self.
